From teaching English as a foreign language before moving into HR where I was coaching leaders through the kind of change that keeps people up at night. This is where I saw the gap — the strategy was rarely the problem. It was the leader in the room.
So I crossed over. Since then I've led some of Australia's most complex transformations — national technology rollouts, territory wide digital programs, mergers, restructures and everything in between. I'm a PROSCI-certified change practitioner, a certified executive coach through IECL, hold an MBA and sit on the board of IABC.
I translate complex change strategy into something leaders can actually do — through keynotes, workshops and hands-on consulting built on a Change Leadership Playbook I've spent two decades developing.
